WHO I AM 
My name is Vitalius Dick, born in 1983. I’m originally from Germany, where I spent the first 30 years of my life. Since 2021, I’ve been living in the United States with my wife and our two sons.
BACKGROUND  
I earned an engineering degree in mechanical engineering in Germany and worked for 15 years in the industry. My work focused on designing machinery, including conveyor belts and glass wool kilns. In the last three years of my time in Germany, I served as a project manager, leading complex engineering projects.
PASSION 
My passion for building began early—at age 13, I started designing and constructing tree houses. Although I initially dreamed of becoming an architect, life led me to the mechanical field, where I also learned drafting and technical design. After building our own home in Germany and later working as a construction manager in the U.S., I decided to pursue my passion full-time.
